Lumiras Casa is one of Dubai’s fastest-growing holiday home operators, managing premium apartments across Downtown, Business Bay, Marina, and other prime locations. We are now looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and professional Photographer & Content Creator to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview

We are looking for someone who can beautifully capture our furnished units, lifestyle moments, amenities, and behind-the-scenes operations to showcase the Lumiras Casa experience.

Your work will appear across:

• Airbnb / Booking.com / Holiday Home portals
• Website and digital brochures
• Instagram, TikTok, YouTube
• Advertising campaigns

Key Responsibilities

Photography & Videography

• Shoot high-quality photos of interiors, amenities, and views of each holiday home unit.
• Produce short-form and long-form videos (Reels/TikTok/walkthroughs).
• Capture lifestyle and storytelling content for marketing campaigns.

Content Creation

• Create engaging social media content aligned with Lumiras Casa branding.
• Edit photos and videos using professional tools (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut).
• Prepare highlight covers, before/after transitions, and property showcase reels.

Brand & Marketing Collaboration

• Work closely with the marketing and operations team to schedule shoots.
• Ensure all content meets DTCM standards for holiday home listings.
• Deliver content on agreed deadlines for new property onboardings.

Requirements

• Experience in photography and videography (hospitality or real estate preferred).
• Strong command of editing software (Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
• Creative eye for interior styling, lighting, and composition.
• Ability to shoot fast and deliver high-quality results under tight timelines.
• Own professional camera and equipment is a plus.
• Familiarity with Dubai’s holiday home market is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred (optional).
