Photographer/Videographer & Content Creation Specialist

Position Overview

Coldwell Banker is seeking a highly talented and creative Marketing & Content Creation Specialist to support marketing initiatives across our Residential Sales, Property Management, and Commercial Real Estate divisions.

This role is responsible for producing exceptional visual content, supporting agent marketing needs, and helping elevate the Coldwell Banker brand throughout the Lubbock market. The ideal candidate is a creative professional who can capture compelling visual content, produce engaging video, and develop marketing systems that support our agents while strengthening brand visibility.

Core Responsibilities

Marketing & Content Creation

• Produce professional property videos, cinematic walkthroughs, lifestyle marketing content, and high-end video reels for social media such as Instagram and Facebook
• Capture high-end real estate photography for residential and commercial listings
• Capture twilight photography when appropriate to enhance property presentation
• Capture professional drone photography and aerial video for listings
• Operate FAA Part 107 licensed drone to capture aerial imagery and video
• Edit and produce high-quality marketing assets and visual media

Content may include:

• Property showcases
• Agent branding videos
• Training highlights
• Office culture, activities, and company events
• Market insights and educational content

This role also supports the development of creative marketing materials that enhance listing presentation and promote the Coldwell Banker brand.

Agent Marketing Support

Provide marketing resources and creative support to agents across all departments.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing property flyer templates agents can easily customize
• Assisting agents with Canva templates and marketing tools
• Creating marketing resources such as listing flyers and marketing graphics
• Helping agents elevate their personal branding and listing marketing

Marketing Campaigns & Brand Development

• Assist with marketing strategies that strengthen the company’s presence in the Lubbock market
• Maintain consistent brand identity across marketing materials and campaigns
• Support campaigns that promote new listings, commercial properties, company growth, and agent achievements
• Collaborate with leadership on marketing initiatives that support brand awareness and recruiting

Creative Mindset

We are looking for someone who thinks like a creator, storyteller, and marketer—not just a technician. The right candidate will bring energy, ideas, and creativity that help showcase our properties, agents, and brand in a way that stands out in the marketplace.

This role requires someone who enjoys working both behind the camera and behind the editing desk while constantly looking for new ways to elevate the presentation of real estate.

Equipment & Production Expectations

This position requires the ability to consistently produce high-quality professional media suitable for residential and commercial real estate marketing.

Preferred experience includes working with:

• Professional DSLR or mirrorless cameras
• Wide-angle lenses for real estate photography
• Gimbal stabilization systems for video
• Drone equipment with FAA Part 107 certification
• Professional lighting equipment
• Audio equipment for interviews and training videos

Candidates should also be comfortable using professional editing and design software such as:

• Adobe Lightroom
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
• Canva or similar design platforms

Coldwell Banker may provide certain equipment, but candidates should be comfortable working with professional media tools and editing workflows.

Qualifications

Required

• Professional photography and videography experience
• Experience using editing and design software
• Ability to manage multiple creative projects and deadlines

Preferred

• Experience in real estate marketing
• Graphic design experience
• Strong storytelling and creative direction skills
• FAA Part 107 Drone License

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
