Key ResponsibilitiesPhoto Editing & Retouching

• Retouch and enhance photos (color correction, skin retouching, exposure adjustments, background cleanup).
• Remove blemishes, noise, and imperfections to produce high-quality images.
• Perform advanced image manipulation, compositing, and corrections as required.

Image Processing

• Prepare images for websites, social media, print, and marketing materials.
• Resize, crop, and format images based on platform specifications.
• Maintain file organization and quality control of all edited images.

Creative Tasks

• Create visual concepts, graphics, and promotional materials when required.
• Apply artistic effects and filters while maintaining natural and realistic results.
• Assist in creating brand-consistent visual content.

Collaboration

• Work closely with photographers, designers, and marketing teams to meet project goals.
• Understand project briefs and deliver edits on time.
• Ensure all images meet brand guidelines and quality standards.

Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (Lightroom, Illustrator is a plus).
• Expertise in retouching, masking, background removal, and color grading.
• Knowledge of RAW image processing.

Soft Skills

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong time-management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with good visual storytelling sense.

Additional Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years preferred (or as required).
• Portfolio demonstrating editing/retouching work.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
