Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA)Department: Accounts &amp; FinanceReporting To: CFO / Finance Head / Managing Director Location: [Specify Branch/Location]Job Purpose: PRATAPNAGARI, CUTTACK To manage the complete financial operations of the organisation, including accounting, auditing, taxation, budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance, ensuring financial discipline and statutory adherence.Key Responsibilities:1. Accounting &amp; Financial Management<ul><li>Supervise day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accuracy of financial records.</li><li>Prepare and finalise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&amp;L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).</li><li>Maintain general ledger integrity and ensure timely reconciliations.</li><li>Manage accounts payable, receivable, and vendor payments.</li></ul>2. Audit &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Coordinate and manage internal and statutory audits.</li><li>Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, and other statutory regulations.</li><li>Prepare audit schedules and respond to auditor queries.</li><li>Implement internal controls to prevent errors and fraud.</li></ul>3. Taxation<ul><li>Handle GST returns, TDS filing, advance tax, and income tax computations.</li><li>Ensure timely submission of all statutory returns.</li><li>Liaise with tax authorities for assessments and notices.</li></ul>4. Budgeting &amp; Cost Control<ul><li>Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.</li><li>Monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving initiatives.</li><li>Conduct periodic financial performance analysis for management review.</li></ul>5. MIS &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Generate MIS reports for management decision-making.</li><li>Provide analytical insights on profitability, cost centres, and financial trends.</li><li>Support management in financial planning and business strategy.</li></ul>6. Banking &amp; Treasury<ul><li>Handle bank reconciliations and manage fund flow and cash flow.</li><li>Maintain relationships with banks for loans, limits, and other facilities.</li><li>Ensure optimal utilisation of working capital.</li></ul>7. ERP &amp; Process Improvements<ul><li>Oversee accounting operations within ERP systems (e.g., Tally, SAP, DMS).</li><li>Automate and streamline financial processes for efficiency and accuracy.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, and Income Tax laws.</li><li>Proficiency in Tally / SAP / DMS / MS Excel.</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li><li>High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accuracy.</li><li>Strong organisational and team management skills.</li></ul>Qualification &amp; Experience<ul><li>Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA), ICAI Certified.</li><li>Experience: Minimum 2&ndash;5 years post-qualification experience (preferably in the automobile or manufacturing sector).</li><li>Age Group: 25&ndash;40 years (flexible as per organisation policy).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;50,000.00 - &#8377;65,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>5YR: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Chartered Accountant (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Cuttack, Orissa (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
