PHP Developer

We are seeking a talented PHP Developer with 2 to 4 years of experience with proficient in Core PHP, PHP 5 & above, MySQL, and CakePHP (2.x / 3.x). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-performing web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing creative ideas that enhance user experience and meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance dynamic web applications using Core PHP and CakePHP (2.0 / 3.0) frameworks.
• Perform a detailed technical analysis of requirements and prepare comprehensive technical designs.
• Help generate new and fresh concepts for improving application functionality and user experience.
• Create engaging, user-friendly websites that inspire users and align with business objectives.
• Take advantage of emerging and evolving technologies to improve performance, scalability, and security.
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams such as Design and QA for smooth project execution and delivery.
• Develop internal documentation including Project Plans, Database Designs, Functional Designs, and other technical materials.
• Ensure coding best practices, version control discipline, and adherence to project timelines.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to maintain high software quality.
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of customer-centered design and user experience principles.
• Confidently present work, progress, and ideas to team members and stakeholders.
• Continuously learn and apply new techniques and technologies to enhance development efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Core PHP and PHP 5.0 & above.
• Hands-on experience with CakePHP 2.x / 3.x (preferred).
• Proficient in MySQL, including database design, optimization, and complex queries.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with MVC architecture and object-oriented programming (OOP).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git, and third-party integrations.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in an Agile environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
