PHP Developer

ABOUT THE ROLE

Esco Logics is seeking a PHP Developer in our Karachi office. As a rapidly growing company we are hiring for similar positions continuously and once an opportunity matches with your qualifications, we will contact you immediately.

You will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development tasks, including WordPress customization (themes and plugins) and Laravel development. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, database management, and the ability to write professional and clean code.

Responsibilities

· Collaborate with the development team to design and implement web applications using PHP, WordPress, and Laravel.

· Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements.

· Develop and maintain Laravel-based web applications.

· Ensure the security, performance, and scalability of web applications.

· Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code that adheres to industry best practices.

· Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and issues in a timely manner.

· Perform database design, optimization, and maintenance tasks.

· Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes.

Desired Skills and Experience

Laravel, Wordpress, SQL, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Clean Code, Wordpress Themes and Plugins
