Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled PHP & Laravel Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain robust web applications and backend systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services
• Build and maintain server-side logic, databases, and application architecture
• Customize existing systems and develop new modules based on business needs
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external services
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Conduct unit testing, debugging, and issue resolution
• Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, QA, and DevOps teams
• Provide technical support and maintenance post-deployment

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience as a PHP Developer or Laravel Developer
• Strong proficiency in PHP (7/8+) and Laravel Framework
• Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases
• Knowledge of MVC architecture and object-oriented programming
• Experience with REST APIs and backend integrations
• Familiarity with frontend basics: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Understanding of version control systems (Git)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Laravel Livewire, Inertia.js, or Vue.js
• Familiarity with Laravel packages (Sanctum, Passport, Cashier)
• Experience with queue systems (Redis, RabbitMQ)
• Knowledge of Linux server environments and deployment workflows
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, Azure)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
• Knowledge of security best practices and performance optimization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Karachi Nazimabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
