PHP Laravel Developer

About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled PHP Laravel Developer to join our growing team at DaroSoft and help build a modular enterprise management system.
In this role, you’ll be developing and optimizing backend modules that connect and automate key business workflows — from HR and Inventory to Sales, Accounting, and more.
You’ll primarily work with Laravel (v8+) and MySQL, with some JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX for front-end interactivity. This position also involves handling integrations, permissions, and system security within a scalable enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Laravel-based enterprise modules (HR, Sales, Accounts, etc.)
• Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and multi-user permission systems
• Design and optimize database schemas for performance and scalability
• Integrate third-party services (Payment Gateways, SMS, Email, etc.)
• Enhance front-end interactivity using JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX
• Ensure data security, system stability, and code quality
• Collaborate with the development team for reviews, testing, and deployments
• Manage deployment and configurations on cPanel/WHM or VPS environments

Technical Requirements

• Strong command of Laravel (v8 or higher) and MVC architecture
• Proficient in PHP, MySQL, and RESTful API development
• Experience building modular enterprise systems or ERP-like platforms
• Skilled in JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX for UI functionality
• Experience with RBAC, authentication, and session management
• Familiar with Git and basic server configuration
• Knowledge of payment gateway integrations (Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Laravel backend development
• Prior work with enterprise-level applications or ERP systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and optimization skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
