Job Summary

The Junior PHP Developer will work closely with developers to write clean, efficient PHP code for new features and contribute to the maintenance, testing, and debugging of existing web applications. This role is focused on learning and applying PHP and related web technologies in a professional, collaborative environment..

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using PHP.

Write clean, well-documented, and efficient PHP code for back-end components.

Collaborate with senior developers and other team members on projects and integrate user-facing elements.

Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing code and applications.

Work with relational databases (like MySQL) to define, maintain, and query data structures.

Participate actively in code reviews to learn best practices and ensure code quality. Use version control systems (like Git) to manage and track code changes.

Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation. Stay up-to-date with emerging web development trends and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience/coding bootcamp completion).

Experience: 0-2 years of professional development experience; internships and personal/portfolio projects are highly valued.

Foundational Knowledge: Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
