Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled PHP + React Developer with strong expertise in both frontend and backend development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with Core PHP, Laravel or CakePHP, and MySQL, along with a solid understanding of modern React.js development practices.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining dynamic web applications, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and great user experience across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using PHP (Core PHP / Laravel / CakePHP) and React.js.
• Work on both frontend and backend development — strong frontend capability is a must.
• Integrate APIs and manage database interactions using MySQL.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality products.
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain code to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
• Follow best coding practices and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in React.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
• Solid experience with Core PHP and frameworks like Laravel or CakePHP.
• Good understanding of MySQL database design and queries.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Ability to convert design mockups into responsive, interactive interfaces.
• Experience in debugging and performance optimization.
• Version control with Git.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Node.js or Next.js is a plus.
• Experience in deploying applications on AWS or similar environments.
• Understanding of UI/UX fundamentals.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
