Job Description: We are seeking an experienced WordPress Developer with strong expertise in custom WordPress development. The ideal candidate should be proficient in converting Figma / Adobe XD / PSD designs into fully responsive, high-quality WordPress websites. Experience with Shopify, Wix, and other CMS platforms is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop custom WordPress websites from scratch based on design files
• Convert UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, responsive WordPress pages
• Customize and enhance themes and plugins as per project requirements
• Develop and modify custom plugins when required
• Integrate third-party APIs, forms, payment gateways, and marketing tools
• Build and manage WooCommerce-based eCommerce websites
• Develop websites using Shopify, Wix, and similar CMS platforms
• Ensure website performance, security, and SEO best practices
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing maintenance and support
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and QA teams
• Follow clean coding standards and use version control (Git)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in WordPress development
• Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
• Experience in custom theme and plugin development
• Expertise in WooCommerce customization
• Proven ability to convert Figma / XD / PSD designs to WordPress
• Experience with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg, etc.)
• Familiarity with Shopify, Wix, and other CMS platforms
• Knowledge of website optimization, caching, and security
• Experience with Git / version control systems
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Good to Have

• Experience with ACF, CPTs, and REST APIs
• Knowledge of SEO-friendly development practices
• Experience with multilingual websites (WPML / Polylang)
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
• Experience working in an agency environment
