Early Intervention Therapist (PT, OT, SLP) – Contracted

The Arc of Fayette County is seeking compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapists (PT), Occupational Therapists (OT), and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to provide Early Intervention services to infants and toddlers (birth to age 3) throughout Fayette County.

Early Intervention services are delivered in the child's natural environment, including the home, childcare setting, or community location. Therapists work collaboratively with families and caregivers to support developmental growth through coaching, education, and evidence-based intervention strategies.

As a member of the Early Intervention team, you will partner with families, service coordinators, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized outcomes identified in the child's Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP).

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation and intervention services for children from birth to age 3.
• Collaborate with families to support developmental goals and daily routines.
• Develop and implement strategies that promote the child's participation, independence, and overall development.
• Complete documentation and progress reporting in accordance with program requirements.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team collaboration and communication.
• Maintain professional licensure, clearances, and required certifications.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience working with infants, toddlers, and families preferred.
• Knowledge of Early Intervention and family-centered practices preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the service area.

Required Clearances

• Pennsylvania State Police Criminal History Clearance
• Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance
• FBI Criminal Background Clearance (if applicable under Pennsylvania law)
