Currently seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for a position that is available in a hospital based inpatient/outpatient. Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating and treating patients in an outpatient hospital setting to restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities. The PT works as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team to help patients of all ages recover from injuries, surgeries, or manage chronic conditions in a fast-paced, outpatient environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough physical therapy evaluations of patients with orthopedic, neurological, musculoskeletal, and/or post-surgical conditions.

  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings, patient goals, and physician referrals.

  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, gait training, and modalities

  • Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications.

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

  • Accurately document evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.

  • Maintain compliance with hospital policies, state licensure requirements, and professional standards of care.

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.

  • Current state license to practice Physical Therapy.

  • Experience in an outpatient orthopedic or hospital setting preferred.

  • Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities.
