Special Requests: RTO must be included at the time of submittal and cannot be changed once the profile has been sent to the manager for review. Candidates may be submitted to only one MedStar location at a time.

Shift & Scheduling: Providers are required to work two evenings per week until 7:00 PM (between Monday and Thursday). Hours of operation are: Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM. The facility is open to flexible scheduling options (e.g., slightly longer or shorter days), as long as the provider works Monday through Friday. No on-call or weekends.

Job Highlights: Manager may or may not interview. Clinician must be okay with this. If Clinician has questions, please email the AM. Clinical Review: All submittals are reviewed by the clinical team, even if not listed on Aya Offer. Compliance Requirements: Candidates are assigned facility-and unit-specific Sitel modules upon hire, which must be completed within one week of signing their contract. Failure to complete them within this timeframe may result in cancellation. Labs and DS appointment must be completed within 48 hours of signing. Failure to complete them within this timeframe may result in cancellation. Candidates are encouraged to plan ahead to prevent conflicts with vacations or work schedules. Patient Population: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics. Orientation: Modules are completed pre-start and potentially during orientation, and can vary by specialty. Modules are recorded via transcripts. Other Highlights: Typical visits per day range from 11–12; however, if the schedule consists primarily of follow-ups, this may increase to 15–16. The expectation is a minimum of 11 patients per day. Appointments are scheduled every 30 minutes, with 60 minutes allotted for initial evaluations. Interpretation Services available.
