Salary & Incentives

  • Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 annually (DOE)

  • Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)

  • Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000

  • Total compensation potential: $120,000+ annually depending on experience and performance

Clinic Details
Our Anna clinic is a 4.9-star rated outpatient facility offering manual therapy, sports medicine, spine rehab, vestibular therapy, and specialty services such as the Graston Technique®. Job Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized plans of care

  • Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and evidence-based interventions

  • Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and long-term recovery

  • Document services clearly and promptly in EMR systems

  • Collaborate with providers, athletic trainers, and staff to ensure excellent outcomes

  • Mentor students or new graduates and contribute to clinical education

  • Meet compliance, quality, and productivity standards while prioritizing patient experience

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program

  • Current Texas PT license (or eligibility)

  • CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Passion for orthopedics and sports rehabilitation

  • New graduates welcome and encouraged to apply
