Salary & Incentives

  • Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 annually (DOE)

  • Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)

  • Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000

  • Total compensation potential: $120,000+ annually depending on experience and performance

Clinic Details
Our Decatur clinic provides outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation in a welcoming, small-town community setting. Known for hands-on therapy, individualized treatment plans, and compassionate care, our team is equipped with modern tools and supported by PRN’s clinician-led network. Job Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized care plans

  • Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and evidence-based treatment

  • Educate patients on recovery goals, home programs, and injury prevention strategies

  • Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner

  • Collaborate with physicians, PTs, and other healthcare professionals to optimize outcomes

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program

  • Current Texas PT license (or eligibility)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Passion for outpatient orthopedics and sports rehab

  • New graduates welcome and encouraged to apply
