Responsibilities:

<li>Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicated patients' progress</li>
<li>Record and document patients care services</li>
<li>Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well rounded-care</li></ul> 
 
Qualifications:

<li>Licensed New York State Physical Therapist</li>
<li>Ability to build rapport with patients</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
