Physical Therapist (Contract)

Location: California, 93230
Pay: $2,351 – $2,635/week
Schedule: 1st Shift | 12-hour Day Shifts

Position Overview

• Plans and implements treatment programs to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions

• Serves as co-leader within an interdisciplinary care team

• Ensures patient-centered care while meeting departmental objectives

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide therapy interventions and monitor patient progress

• Document care accurately and within required timelines

• Supervise assistants and collaborate with the care team

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in California (Required)

• BLS/CPR Certification (Required)

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (Required)

• Master’s or Doctorate Degree (Preferred)

• Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapy experience (Preferred)
