Position Overview

A well-established, therapist-owned outpatient orthopedic practice in Delray Beach, FL is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join its growing team. This role is ideal for new graduates or early-career clinicians seeking hands-on mentorship, professional development, and exposure to a diverse musculoskeletal caseload in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Clinic hours are Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–7:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, and schedules can be flexible based on your needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services for patients with musculoskeletal conditions.
• Treat a diverse patient population, including adolescents, adults, athletes, and active Medicare patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on sports medicine, spinal dysfunctions, and general orthopedics.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in structured mentorship and ongoing professional development opportunities.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and adhere to clinical best practices.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and patient-centered clinic culture.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• New graduate or up to 2 years of outpatient clinical experience preferred.
• Strong interest in outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient engagement skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule within clinic operating hours.
