RTO: If you have more than 5 days of requested time off, time will be added at the end of the contract to ensure a full 13 weeks.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

• Certifications: AHA or ARC only.

Unit / Facility Details:

• Proof of Identification: Drivers License/State ID

Special Requests

• Client prefers that RTO be minimized to 7 days maximum, per contract.
• Travel pair policy: Pairs are okay, but the client cannot guarantee matched schedules.

Shift & Scheduling

• Schedule: Monday - Thursday 2 days 7:00-5:30 2 days 8:00-6:30. Pay package can vary depending on which shift.
• Holidays: as needed.
• Pre-Approved Time Off: 2 Requests

Floating Requirements

• Could cross county lines if patient care deemed necessary.
