Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience Clinicians will be required to complete the OASIS-E standardized comprehensive assessment for all Start of Cares (ROC), Resumption of Cares (ROC), and Recertifications every 60 days. Will have to supervise PTA.

Preferred Skills/Experience Hand therapy, Geriatric care

Required Credentials References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Shift & Scheduling Shifts vary- Self scheduling- you get a patient load and set up times with the patients as to when to see them. Flexible with hours. Weekend Requirements: None (can flex time. Ex If you want a holiday Monday off- can work Tues through Sat). Holiday Requirements: None
