The Physical Therapist provides skilled therapy services to patients with a wide range of diagnoses and functional limitations. This role focuses on patient evaluation, treatment planning, and rehabilitation to maximize independence and improve quality of life in a patient-centered care environment.
Key Responsibilities

Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide physical therapy interventions to improve mobility and function

Deliver care aligned with patient-specific needs and functional goals

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

Educate patients and families on rehabilitation and recovery plans

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records

Provide professional consultation and recommendations

Ensure compliance with clinical standards and safety protocols
Must-Have Requirements

Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program:

Bachelor's OR Master's OR Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)

Active Oregon Physical Therapist License (or ability to obtain upon hire)

BLS Certification (American Heart Association - upon hire)

Strong clinical skills in evaluation and treatment planning
