Location: The Springs of Jonesboro – Jonesboro, AR

Are you a passionate Physical Therapist looking for flexibility and purpose? The Springs of Jonesboro is seeking a skilled and compassionate PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dedicated rehab team.

**Must have weekend availability for evaluations, up to 3-4 hrs. Occasional weekday assistance may be needed.

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate and assess residents to create personalized treatment plans

• Deliver skilled physical therapy services to help residents improve mobility, strength, and quality of life

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes

• Document patient progress and maintain compliance with all state and federal guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Arkansas

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting is preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Positive, proactive, and patient-focused approach
