Eligibility as Previous/Current Employee: If you are working Per Diem at a Kindred facility you need to wait 6 months after your last shift to apply as a traveler. If you are a Full Time Employee with a Kindred facility you need to wait 12 months to apply as a traveler.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience in inpatient rehab preferred

PT experience in an inpatient setting highly preferred; acute/rehabilitation hospital experience preferred

Required Credentials: Mercy Cover Sheet Required

Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelors or Doctorate)

Unit/Facility Details: Parking - Rear of Building

Shift & Scheduling: Weekends on request

Weekend Hours: Weekends Preferred and Flexible
