Required Skills/Experience: Will consider a traveler with less than 2 years of experience, but they must have Home Health Experience.

Shift & Scheduling: Monday-Friday. No weekend requirement. Holidays off. No call.

Special Requests: An interview may not be available prior to offer. Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months. References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to. Submission Limit: Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. PT staff perform SOC visits, especially with orthopedic patients when nursing is not ordered. Patient population includes orthopedic/joint replacements and geriatric patients with multiple comorbidities including CHF and COPD. Staff are provided a tablet for HomeCare HomeBase EMR. Service area covers most of Tehama County. Therapist mileage is around 40 miles per day, though this is anticipated to decrease with additional therapy staff and redistribution of patient load by area.
