Description:
We’re looking for a licensed Physical Therapist to provide compassionate, in-home care. We offer flexibility and growth, with competitive per-visit pay.

Flexible scheduling with visit opportunities based on your availability and current caseload.. Cases are assigned throughout Miami-Dade County based on coverage needs and availability.

Serving Miami, Hialeah, Doral, Kendall, Aventura, Sunny Isles beach, North Miami, Miami Beach, Homestead, and surrounding areas throughout Miami-Dade County.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide in-home physical therapy services
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team
• Customize treatment plans for each patient

Requirements:

• Active Florida PT license
• Reliable transportation for home visits
• Ability to create care plans
• Comfortable using EMR systems
• Fluent in English (must be able to communicate effectively)
