What You Will Do

In this role, you will:

• Evaluate patients and build individualized plans Clear assessments, strong clinical reasoning, and treatment plans that match real life.
• Deliver evidence-based outpatient treatment in one on one sessions Help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and prevent injury through skilled interventions and progression.
• Track progress and adjust plans as outcomes evolve You will document, re-test, and refine treatment so patients keep moving forward.
• Educate patients and families Build buy-in, confidence, and long-term success through clear coaching and prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team Work alongside other clinicians to support comprehensive patient care.

• Earn $55–$65 per hour (approximately $114,400–$135,200 annually) with pay that reflects your experience and the value you bring to patient care.

Requirements

• Active California Physical Therapy license. Must be in good standing
• New grad friendly Mentorship and training built into the role
