Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans for musculoskeletal and post‑operative patients
• Deliver hands‑on therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education to drive measurable outcomes and return‑to‑function
• Monitor progress with objective measures, adjust plans, and document per clinic and payer requirements
• Collaborate with clinicians, front‑desk staff, and referring providers to ensure an exceptional patient experience

Requirements

• Valid PT license in Texas. New graduates and experienced therapists encouraged to apply
• Strong clinical reasoning, excellent communication, and a commitment to measurable patient outcomes
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a high‑performing team
• Interest in mentorship, continuing education, and potential specialty development (e.g., sports, orthopedics, pelvic health)
• Empathy, professionalism, and a passion for promoting health and wellness

Pay: $44.69 - $55.45 per hour
