Physical Therapist

Therapy Solutions is hiring for a Physical Therapist position at a private practice clinic in Petoskey. We provide OT, PT and ST to the clients. We specialize in neurological and cognitive rehabilitation.

Therapists work one-on-one with clients and work with the same clients each week. Our focus is on providing focused care to clients and their families.

We are looking for a team member who wants to collaborate, learn, share, and grow their skills. Hours of operation are Monday to Friday 9 to 5 pm.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patient conditions to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer physical therapy techniques and modalities to improve patient mobility and function.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercises, and rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and effective discharge planning.
• Document patient progress and modify care plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid Michigan physical therapy license
• Strong patient care and assessment skills
• Experience in developing and implementing care plans
• Experience with adults
