Special Requests:

• RTO must be listed at time of submission.
• Scheduling requests due to outside employment will not be considered.
• Acute care inpatient PT in a stroke certified center with an ortho-heavy caseload.
• No wound care required.
• Daily caseload: about 10 patients.
• All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
• References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
• Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
• You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Minimum of 2 weekends per month.
• Open to accommodating block schedule per manager discretion.
• Weekend Coverage: Every Third

Unit/Facility Details:

• Stroke certified center, ortho heavy caseload, no wound care required.
