Job Summary:
Are you passionate about helping older adults stay active and independent? As a Physical Therapist with the PACE Organization of Rhode Island, you’ll deliver hands-on care, assess mobility and safety needs, and develop personalized plans to help participants achieve their goals. Your work will include recommending adaptive equipment, supporting fall prevention, and documenting progress – all while making a direct impact in people’s lives.

You’ll join a supportive interdisciplinary team, sharing your expertise in meetings, collaborating on care plans, and coordinating with outside providers. You’ll also participate in discharge planning, supervise and train Physical Therapist Assistants, Rehab Aides, students, and C.N.A.s, and provide guidance on exercise and safety for caregivers and staff.

This role offers variety and meaningful responsibility. You’ll co-treat with Occupational Therapy, inspect and maintain equipment in participant homes, and help shape departmental training and quality improvement efforts.
