Additional Details:

An interview may not be available prior to offer. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Will consider someone who has more ortho than neuro.
• First-time travelers accepted, but cannot be a new grad and first-time traveler combined.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Experience: 1-2 years. Will take a look at 1 year exp but prefer 2 years.
• Previous Charge Experience: Preferred

Special Requests:

• RTO will be discussed prior to signed contract. No additional requests will be accepted after contract has been signed.

Unit Details:

• 8-9 patients/day for PT one on one treatment and point of service documentation.
• Orthopedic and neurologic patient population.
• Adult and geriatric patient population.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Weekends: None.
• No OT is approved unless written exception is provided.

Floating Requirements:

• Float possibly; will be discussed in interview.
• Flexibility to float from Alameda Hospital Outpatient to Inpatient to Fairmont, Highland.
