Compensation depends upon candidate’s years of experience and internal equity.

Starting salary: $80,080 -$108,804.80

Responsibilities:
We are hiring multiple full-time Physical Therapists to join our outpatient therapy teams in the Texas Hill Country / Highland Lakes region, with roles available at one of our three clinics: Kingsland, Marble Falls, or Burnet.

Each clinic offers a strong patient base, supportive team culture, and the opportunity to serve a close‑knit community. Whether lakeside in Kingsland, located in vibrant Marble Falls, or in the historic town of Burnet, you will be part of a collaborative outpatient environment dedicated to high‑quality patient care. As a Physical Therapist at one of our Outpatient Rehabilitation Facilities, you will:
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation using Casamba (web-based) and Therapy Source
  • Interpret assessment and diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports
  • Ensure accurate transcription and processing of medical orders
  • Promote continuous quality improvement within the clinic
  • Educate, instruct, and counsel patients and families as needed
Qualifications:
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
  • Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required.
