How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Assess patient conditions deeply by conducting initial and ongoing evaluations to uncover unique mobility challenges and establish a precise baseline for recovery.
• Design collaborative care plans alongside patients and their families, ensuring the roadmap to wellness is transparent, highly personalized, and evolves with their progress.
• Deliver masterful therapeutic interventions using evidence-based techniques to alleviate pain, restore function, and help patients confidently reclaim their daily lives.
• Lead and mentor the clinical team by overseeing physical therapy assistants, support personnel, and students to foster a culture of continuous learning and exceptional patient care.
  
  

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Physical Therapy (PT) credentialed from the Florida Board of Physical Therapy Practice prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  
  

Education

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
  
  

What Additional Preferences We're Seeking

• Active State Physical Therapist License: A valid, unencumbered license to practice physical therapy in this state (or immediate eligibility via reciprocity).
• Degree from an Accredited PT Program: A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from a CAPTE-accredited institution.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification: Up-to-date Basic Life Support certification to ensure a safe clinical environment.
