Position Overview

This role provides hands-on patient care across multiple units, offering a diverse clinical experience in OP, IP, and SNU environments. You’ll work with a collaborative team and utilize Meditech for documentation.

Schedule

• Shift: 8-hour days (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Weekend Rotation: Every 4–5 weekends
• Holiday Rotation: None
• Call-Out Policy: Notify 2 hours before shift start

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Pay: Starting at $37.86/hr. (higher based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: $ 1,000–$5,000 paid on first paycheck
• Additional $2,000 after completion of years 1–3
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $2,500 (receipt-based reimbursement)

Requirements

• Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or bachelor’s in physical therapy
• Licensure: Active Kansas PT License
• Certification: BLS required
• Scrubs: Any professional scrubs permitted

• Skilled Nursing Unit (SNU)
