Physical Therapist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our pediatric outpatient team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with kids to help them regain movement, balance, strength/endurance. You will play a crucial role in improving the quality of life for our patients by developing personalized treatment plans and providing hands-on therapy.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' medical history and perform physical examinations to determine the root cause of their condition
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for performing exercises and activities at home
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as teachers, ABA, speech and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes

Experience:
- Master's/Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state license or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
- Strong problem-solving abilities to develop effective treatment plans for diverse patient populations
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to provide high-quality care
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
