What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and treat patients using individualized plans of care at Outpatient Clinic and Assisted Living Facility.
• Provide hands-on, 1-on-1 therapy sessions
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across campus

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in good standing
• Experience in outpatient or geriatric settings preferred
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient-centered approach
• Comfortable working across multiple care settings

Bonus if you have:

• Vestibular experience
• Lymphedema certification
• Parkinson’s (LSVT BIG) certification
• Balance & fall prevention expertise
• Aquatic Therapy Experience
