## Job Overview
Kore Physical Therapy, Upland is currently seeking a full-time and/or part-time, California Licensed Physical Therapist for a progressive outpatient clinic. Applicants must be skilled in execution of manual therapy, application of therapeutic exercises, and apply evidence-based research into practice.

Kore PT is a growing, privately owned, outpatient orthopedic clinic. The clinic is dedicated to providing the utmost quality in patient care and experience. Kore PT maintains a progressive approach in physical therapy, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment to ensure the best for our patients. We are a lower volume practice in order for PT's to give high quality care. We pride ourselves in establishing an environment that fosters healing and builds lasting relationships with our patients.

We provide comprehensive rehabilitation to our motivated clients with spine, sports, overuse, repetitive injuries, TMD, headaches, general strengthening/balance deficits, and women’s/men’s health. Manual therapy skills and an energetic demeanor are required. We have a highly skilled team who works collaboratively and offer mentorship to newer PTs. We are seeking someone who is self-motivated, open to learning current orthopedic treatment procedures, and passionate about being an exceptional PT who helps clients reach their full potential.

## Responsibilities (some include)
- Conduct assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve patients' mobility, relieve pain, and restore function.
- Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

## Qualifications

  • A valid California State License to practice physical therapy
  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Compliant with state regulatory requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Compassionate and attentive to detail
  • Posses up-to-date knowledge of treatment practices
  • Ability to solve problems independently
  • Excellent analytical and logical thinking
  • Ability to manage patients with different personalities
  • Ability to use a computer and software proficiently
  • Self driven to continually learn new treatment techniques

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year
