Ortho Center Physical Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team in Red Bank, New Jersey.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about patient care, clinical excellence, and professional growth to join a collaborative, physician-integrated orthopedic practice. At Ortho Center Physical Therapy, you will work alongside orthopedic specialists and a supportive clinical team in an environment that values collaboration, evidence-based practice, and exceptional patient outcomes. The Physical Therapist will evaluate, treat, and manage a diverse outpatient orthopedic caseload while delivering individualized, patient-centered care. This role emphasizes clinical excellence, strong communication, and teamwork within a physician-integrated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations to assess impairments, functional limitations, and establish treatment goals
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for outpatient orthopedic conditions
• Provide evidence-based interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, modalities, and functional training
• Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and long-term wellness strategies
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic policies and payer requirements
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture focused on patient success and clinical excellence
• Maintain productivity standards while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
• Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical learning opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Physical Therapy license in the State of New Jersey (or eligibility for licensure)
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy preferred
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, physician-integrated environment
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care and continuous professional growth
