Team Care Rehab Inc. is looking for a part-time/PRN Physical Therapy Assistant in the South San Antonio . Coverage need 2x days, flexible Monday-Sunday, with opportunity for more in the near future if desired. If looking for a full-time position please do apply! We've added a few contracts that we're currently building caseloads for.

• Job Requirements & Qualifications:

- Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Texas.

- Must posses good communication skills and be able to relate professionally and positively to residents, residents family members, and facility staff

- Must be capable of preforming the Essential Job Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Job Responsibilities

- Provides treatment to residents as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist.

- Records treatments given in medical record

- Instructs families and staff in maintenance programs as directed by the Physical Therapist.

- Communicated with supervisor and other interdisciplinary team members regarding resident progress, problems, and plans.

- Participates in resident care conferences and weekly rehabilitation meetings.

- Participates in facility in-service training programs.

- Assists with cleaning and maintenance of treatment area and department.

- Maintains resident confidence and protects facility operations by keeping information (PHI) confidential.

- Records daily treatment charges according to facility policy and procedure.

- Protects residents and associates by adhering to facility infection-control policies and protocols.

- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with facility and department procedures, rules, and regulations.

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
