Team Care Rehab Inc. is looking for a PRN Physical Therapist to join our team &amp; assist with Evaluations at our facilities across San Antonio. We primarily treat our geriatric population, though we do have a Pediatric facility our main office operates from. Each Evaluation billed will be paid at $95.00/per evaluation, with any treatments (not required) to be paid at $45.00/hr treatment. Currently, we average a minimum of 2 evals a week we are looking for assistance with, but as we grow our caseload at new facilities that number can be expected to increase.
