Responsibilities

• Support the Physical Therapist during patient evaluations and assessments.

• Contribute to the development of personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals.

• Guide patients through prescribed exercises and therapeutic activities.

• Track and observe patient progress, reporting any updates or concerns to the Physical Therapist.

• Accurately document treatment sessions and collaborate with the Physical Therapist and other healthcare professionals as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

• Active North Carolina PTA license required
• Experience preferred, but open to strong new grads
• Great communication + positive attitude
• Friendly, reliable, team-oriented personality
• Spanish bilingual is a plus (not required)
