FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers of Ballantyne is hiring a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing outpatient clinic. We provide one-on-one, personalized care and have a supportive team culture where patients and staff truly matter.

Responsibilities
Support the Physical Therapist during patient evaluations and assessments.
Contribute to the development of personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals.
Guide patients through prescribed exercises and therapeutic activities.
Track and observe patient progress, reporting any updates or concerns to the Physical Therapist.
Accurately document treatment sessions and collaborate with the Physical Therapist and other healthcare professionals as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
- Active North Carolina PTA license required
- Experience preferred, but open to strong new grads
- Great communication + positive attitude
- Friendly, reliable, team-oriented personality
- Spanish bilingual is a plus (not required)
