LTC Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support rehabilitation services within our skilled nursing facility. We are looking for a motivated clinician who enjoys working in a collaborative setting focused on helping residents improve movement, endurance, and overall functional ability.

Responsibilities Include:

• Carry out therapy programs designed by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Assist residents with walking programs, transfer practice, strengthening exercises, and balance activities
• Observe resident performance during treatment sessions and communicate updates to the PT
• Encourage safe mobility and participation in therapy activities
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation and progress notes

Qualifications:

• Active PTA license required
