Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist residents in improving mobility, balance, and functional independence
• Implement individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with facility and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in the state of Florida (REQUIRED)
• Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) (REQUIRED)
• Strong understanding of geriatric rehab and functional mobility training
• Experience with Medicare and SNF documentation standards
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
