Job Title: Physical Therapist

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Physical Therapists for exciting Travel or Local role in Boulder, CO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions in outpatient settings
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
• Active Physical Therapy license in Missouri and/or Colorado (or eligibility to obtain)
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Ability to work independently in a clinical setting
• CPR/BLS certification preferred
