Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Physical Therapist for an exciting Travel or Local job in Clarksville, TN.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluations and treatments
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Improve patient mobility, strength, and functional independence
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
• Ensure compliance with safety and clinical guidelines
• Support rehabilitation and post-injury recovery programs
• Deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent required
• Active PT license in Tennessee (or eligibility to obtain)
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Ability to work independently in a clinical setting
• CPR/BLS certification preferred
