Physical Therapist– Home Health | 13-Week Assignment

We are seeking a contract Physical Therapist for a 13-week home health assignment covering Pueblo, Pueblo West, Florence, and Canon City. This position offers $2,200 weekly pay, guaranteed hours, and mileage reimbursement at $0.35/mile.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, no weekends

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of home health experience

• Active PT license

• Coverage Area: Pueblo, Pueblo West, Florence, and Canon City.
