We are looking for a PRN Physical Therapist to join our team covering the Putnam County areas(specifically: East Palatka, Statsuma, Crescent City &amp; Georgetown areas). Are you a licensed PT who is motivated, energetic, and excited to work one on one with patients in their home? This position offers flexibility, autonomy, competitive rates and mileage!!_ The pay is not per hour but it is a pay per visit rate from $60 to $120 depending on the type of visit (_PT visit, ReEval, ReCert, Oasis DC, PT Eval, PT SOC.
