Qualifications:

• Education: Post graduate degree in Physical Therapy
• Licensure: Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist License issued by the

State of Indiana or ability to obtain

• Certification: BLS and AED through the American Heart Association

Pay: $72,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
